Let Soul Cleaners take care of the essentials with our Basic Cleaning service. From wiping and dusting to vacuuming and mopping, we've got everything covered to make your home presentable for guests. We'll take care of bathroom fixtures, kitchen sinks, and countertops, and will accommodate additional reasonable requests. This is the appointment for when you need a quick refresh without all the extra scrubbing.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. Confirmation will be provided via email or phone. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 hours before the start of the appointment. Arrival Time: Our team will arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled time. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly. Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority!
